Lanjigarh: Sesa Sterlite under its corporate social responsibility has taken a initiative towards quality education in the area with the support of computers and free computer literacy training center. In the opening ceremony of computer centre at Sibapadar Mr Pratap Rane-Head Project joined with the honourable guest Mr Koustav Ratan Kundu-Head HR ,Rama Chandra Behera,Chandra Behera,Surendra Behera and others. Around 250 students are studying in the school where the centre will provide training to the youths of localities in the G.P.
On this eve Lona Nayak-COO Vedanta foundation tells this project will help the youths and students for better education through skill development.
Similarly Mr K.K.Dave COO Sesa Sterlite says “this project will helpful to the youth for better and quality education which will be helpful to get employment through various govt and private projects.
The staffs of Vedanta foundation and Sesa Sterlite along with School staffs are presented in the ceremony. Previously company has made various CALP centres at Bissam Cuttack, Munikhol, Ambadola, Biswanathpur, Lanjigarh and Hatamuniguda. The center will Provide quality education to 20 villages in Sibapadar Gram Panchayat.
